Compliance Data Platform Training: Getting Started with your CDP

This introductory three-part series is designed for new users of the Compliance Data Platform (FKA CenTrax). Much of the training will involve hands-on navigation through the platform, so attendees should have access to the software prior to training. 

Along the way, we’ll also strengthen your knowledge by discussing tips, tips, and best practices. 

Day 1 will focus on Getting Started in the Compliance Data Platform (FKA CenTrax); specifically:

 • Learning resources

 • Choosing the desired institution and file

 • File Manager-creating, selecting institution and file, copying files

 • Settings-creating, setting up and editing lookup information, Accounts, Product types, and Branches

 • Settings-Creating & using User Defined Fields

 • Data Pro-creating-maintaining import layouts, and learn how to use Data Conversion, CASS certify, and Geocode
